Refund policy

We do not accept cancellations on orders, with items being made to order, fabrics are ordered upon request of you ordering a specific item. 
Items that are made to order are EXCHANGE ONLY. 

Please note - custom orders which can be anything from a custom fabric you have asked for especially, or a certain measurement that does not match our "regular" items for sale, will not be accepted for a exchange. 

If you require an exchange, you will need to make us aware within the 14 day period, this starts from the day your order was fulfilled. 

Exchanges are only accepted if we recieve the item back in the same condition you recieved it in. This is unworn, no pet hair, and has not been damaged.
